What does a TSC Free Trial Day include?
Use of the gym suite, outdoor training zone, fitness classes, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and athletics track!
The Gym Suite & 'The Zone'
Two air-conditioned floors provide the latest cardio and resistance equipment for guests to use, together with 'The Zone', our new outdoor training space.
Fitness Classes
We have over 65 classes each week and that cover a wide variety that will suit all tastes and abilities
Swimming
You will love our 25m six lane indoor swimming pool!
Choose from open access, double or single lane swimming and specific sessions, such as Family Swim.
And, after your swim, why not relax in our sauna before heading home?
Tennis
TSC has three floodlit all-weather artificial clay tennis courts for use.
Athletics Track
TSC has a first class, six lane Athletics track that is available for guest use. Perfect for controlled external running.
Parking
Free on-site parking for all guests using TSC.
