Personal Training

TSC offers personalised training programs tailored to your individual needs and fitness level.

Our one-on-one sessions provide expert guidance, ensuring proper form and minimising injury risk. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals through varied workouts, structured goal setting, and nutritional guidance.

Personal Training will help reduce the risk of injury, so it is great for both beginners wishing to learn new techniques right the way, through to individuals with exemplary levels of fitness wanting every aspect of their routine analysed. You will literally be able to see the results!

Why not try PT to kick start your health and fitness goals. Sessions can be purchased a session at a time, or commit to 10 sessions and receive the 10th free!
