This class combines strengthening exercises with a calming stretch to provide the best of both worlds. Each week, a variety of equipment is used to encourage movement and challenge your muscles. After the strengthening segment, the class transitions into a gentle stretch, allowing you to focus on improving posture and balance while relaxing both body and mind.
